Ocean Quest operates daily and offers an unforgettable overnight Cairns Outer Reef experience for snorkellers, certified, and introductory divers.
This beautiful floating hotel is 36m long and carries 48 passengers. She has 23 cabins over three decks, including double, twin, and quad rooms.

The new Ocean Quest is a 36m catamaran over three decks. In addition, all cabins are air-conditioned, with en-suite bathrooms, TVs, and bar fridges. Quad-share cabins cost the same as twin rooms. Amazing overnight GBR experience.
Next, relax and socialise. The large saloon features a bar, library, games, and full entertainment facilities. Guests enjoy unwinding after a day of diving.
Daily departures are via the transfer vessel Sea Quest. On Wednesdays, OceanQuest departs directly. Sunday returns also use OceanQuest.
The main deck features a spacious dining room seating all 48 guests comfortably. Meals are buffet style, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Breakfast: Bacon, sausages, eggs, cereals, and bread.
Lunch & Dinner: Meat or seafood mains with vegetables.
Desserts: Chef’s favourites like sticky date pudding or apple pie with ice cream.
Furthermore, the Chef can cater for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free diets upon request.
OceanQuest cabins also include internal phones, ensuring convenient communication.
Ocean Quest visits 14 permanent moorings on the Outer Reef, including Norman and Saxon Reefs. These moorings protect pristine coral formations.
Our dive sites are rich with tropical fish, including friendly Maori Wrasse.
