SeaQuest offers fantastic value for money, and gives you an opportunity to snorkel on the Outer Barrier Reef at 2 different sites. This vessel also operates as a transfer boat taking passengers to the over night boat – OceanQuest.

Purpose built for snorkelling and diving SeaQuests travelling time is 90-minutes each way. Passenger numbers are limited to a maximum of 60. SeaQuest is custom built to provide easy access in and out of the water using a semi-submerged deck at the rear. In addition she has air-conditioned interiors and exterior sun decks.

In the afternoon SeaQuest meets up with OceanQuest, the liveaboard dive vessel. Some passengers transfer onto OceanQuest and others onto SeaQuest for the return journey back to Cairns.

As SeaQuest is primarily a transfer vessel the day tip is only offered is for snorkeling trips only.

SNORKELLING

All snorkelling equipment is supplied as part of your trip. This includes a wetsuit or stinger suit, as well as floatation noodles. You will learn how to use your equipment during the pre-snorkelling briefing. Guided snorkelling tours are also included in your trip. A great way to learn and see more of the marine wildlife. Most importantly the crew keep a constant watch over the snorkelling sites. So you just have to relax and enjoy the wonders of the reef in complete comfort.

BUFFET LUNCH

A buffet lunch is served around 12pm and includes cold meats and salads, bread rolls, and fresh fruit.
Complimentary tea and coffee is served on arrival. In addition the licensed bar is open throughout the day, serving drinks and snacks.

Some of the money you pay goes to make a regular donation that helps protect our oceans.
