In producing this site, Aquapro-dive Travel has used information supplied by the Operators providing the various goods and/or services (Products). In supplying this information to you, Aquapro-dive Travel is acting as the agent of such Operators. Irrespective of any measures taken by Aquapro-dive Travel to ensure the information contained in this site is accurate at the time of publication, Aquapro-dive Travel disclaims and will be exempt from liability in respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete or inaccurate and any errors, misdescription and all associated disappointment, missunderstanding, loss, expense, damage, inconvenience, delay, death, shock, illness or injury, however caused.

Aquapro-dive Travel does not control the manner in which Products featured within this site are provided. Aquapro-dive Travel disclaims and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply of such Products, including negligence of us or an Operator, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Operator. Pictures which appear on this site are provided as a guide only.

Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax. Unless indicated otherwise, prices do not include transport from your home port to holiday destination and return, items of a personal nature, meals, transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges. Any amendment to your booking is subject to the approval of the relevant Operator. Any approved change to your booking may incur an amendment fee in addition to any fees imposed by the Operator.

Reservations cannot not be held or confirmed until monies have been received. Cancellation fees will be charged if you cancel your reservations regardless of the reason for cancelling. It should be noted that some Operators' cancellation conditions vary and may be as high as 100% of monies paid. Adminstration fees will be charged in the event of failed dive medicals or any unforseen medical conditions that may arise at the last minute restricting person/s from travelling. These adminstration fees also apply in the event that a dive/tour operator cancels trip due to any unforseen circumstances. Aquapro-dive Travel strongly recommends taking out travel insurance which cover cancellation fees due to any unforeseen circumstances.
